All merchandise has to be in its original packaging. Please indicate a reason for your exchange on the invoice that was included with the shipment. Items returned without original packaging will be returned to customer.
You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 30 days (see exceptions below) of receipt of purchase. You will receive a full refund less shipping. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange. To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We pay the return shipping cost only: If we ship wrong product, wrong color or damaged product.
