Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn or unwashed item in its original condition.

If the item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

All items must be in their original packaging. Please indicate the reason for exchange on the invoice included with the shipment. Items returned without original packaging will be refunded to the customer.

You may exchange or return your purchase by post within 30 days of receipt (see exceptions below). You will receive a full refund after deducting shipping costs. Please include a short note with your name, order number and reason for the return/exchange. Your feedback is very important to us! Once your package has been received, your return will be processed in the form of original payment within 3-5 business days. When this happens, you will be notified via email to the address listed in your account.

To return your item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will only pay for return shipping if we send the wrong item, wrong color, or damaged item.

Please note that your banking institution may need additional days to process this transaction and post it to your account after receiving the information from us.

Return/Exchange Exceptions:

Outlet Products: All sales are final. No exchanges or returns.

Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are non-refundable unless items arrive damaged. Please email us with codes and quantities within 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items. Please purchase a few samples before placing large wholesale orders.

Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for paying their own country's customs duties, if any. Please note that local duties and taxes are not included in delivery charges. We do not charge Customs Duty on your orders, but your countries may decide to charge you Customs Duty for your order. in these cases turkishtowelstore.com is not responsible for Customs Duty. The buyer is fully responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs, such as customs tariffs and taxes. Sometimes customs charges a fee, sometimes not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and taxes, please call the Customs Office of your respective country. .

Turkish Towel Store ships Monday through Friday, not on weekends or public holidays.

We will not be responsible for any late delivery caused by factors beyond our control.
